Graded slots in the blocks of the shoulder areas, combined with 3D sipes, increase the tire’s grip on snow, and improve the handling stability in light off-road conditions. The new tread pattern with large tread blocks and staggered shoulder lugs gives the tire an aggressive look and longer-lasting performance, while the open shoulder slots help reduce the risk of hydroplaning, at the same time increasing the tire’s grip on wet pavement. The new technology increases the traction delivered by the tire due to special elements at the edges of the blocks in the central section of the tread. The multipurpose tire model Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 utilizes a number of innovative solutions, chief of them being the patented Traction Claw technology for better off-road handling and snow performance. In addition, Bridgestone calls its new development neither more nor less “the best-in-class all-terrain tire”.Īt the same time, speaking about the range of the manufactured sizes, Bridgestone is for some reason comparing the Dueler A/T Revo 3 not so much with the previous model, but with the Michelin LTX A/T2 tire, emphasizing the fact that the French tire maker covers only 56% of this market segment, while the range of the Dueler A/T Revo 3 is wider by 23%. It is now backed by a 96,000 km limited warranty, which is 20% longer than that of its predecessor.Īccording to the manufacturer, the Dueler A/T Revo 3 all-terrain tire model is the perfect choice for the motorists who do not want to sacrifice riding comfort in favor of off-road performance. In addition to the considerably improved overall performance, the third-generation tire boasts a longer tread life. It came to replace the Dueler A/T Revo 2 model, available on the market since 2009. The Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 tire appeared in the range of this Japanese manufacturer in 2018. Thanks to optimized tread design and unique rubber compound, it ensures excellent performance, as well as smooth handling on the highway combined with superb off-road capability. Let me see if I can find a pic of what they look like on the Sema wheels.Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 is an all-terrain all-season tire, designed specially for drivers with an active lifestyle. At this mileage, the rears were at 10.5/32 and fronts still closer to 12/32 (new is 13/32) That, combined with the stability of the tread blocks makes it look all good. They wear well - after 10000kms without rotation, no uneven wear whatsoever, the solid shoulder block of tread holds it together really well When talking about Bridgestone Dueler AT Revo 3, we can’t forget about its Traction Claw Technology that churns the small rocks and dirt on the way making the drive much easier. They look nice, tread pattern is unique and is relatively aggressive (although deep down I really want the mudder look haha) From the little off-roading I've tried, they do seem to claw through 4-6" of mud well from what I can tell so far Lateral traction is the side-way grip of the tire and it helps the tire from slipping to their sides, which can also sometimes overturn the vehicle causing severe damage. Deep/packed snow is great, but not awesome on ice as to be expected, I'd rather use my winters next year The Bridgestone Revo 3 on the other hand, is not able to provide as much lateral traction as it’s shoulder blocks are not as agressive. They work decent in winter conditions (I have X-Ice on my stockers, but wanted to avoid a changeover at least for this year because of my busy schedule) They balance perfectly, ride quiet, handle well for a truck tire (as to be expected from a brand name tire) Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revo 3 is designed to drive comfortably on the highway, provide sure-footed grip when the road ends and deliver confident performance in dry, wet and wintry conditions, including light snow. We believe that their durability had better be rated at 600 at the maximum level. However, the treadwear is not as excellent as the company has claimed, lasting up to 80,000 miles. I get them cheaper than the average Customer (I have a Bridgestone account thru my tire side-business) We feel that the vehicle becomes more luxurious and stylish when we install Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra. Revo3 turned out to be a great choice for me for alot of reasons: Right after I bought my Sport in 2019, I upgraded to a set of 17" grey Sema's with Revo3 in 265.70.17.
